1. Coordinate appointments, follow-up on showings. Provide you with weekly updates detailing all activities including marketing efforts and comments from prospective buyers and agents who visited your home.
2. Continually educate you about what is going on in the market (new listings, closed sales in your price range and area, pending sales, etc.) so that you are better prepared to negotiate the offer when we receive one. Work closely with you to develop a strong negotiating strategy to get the highest price.
3. Provide you with a website to visit where you can check on the status of all activities throughout the selling process (from listing to closing).
